In order toappreciate staff’s effort and contributes, improve the cohesion of theenterprise, and enhance the coperation between the wokers, TECWE united staff goto Guizhou province to have a taste of natural scenery for team building.

There are four scenicspots, such as Libo Xiao Qi Kong, Qianhu Miao Village, Huangguoshu Waterfalland Fanjing Mountain. Libo Small Seven holes is only one kilometer wide and 12kilometers long in a narrow and secluded valley. It is a combination of caves,forests, lakes, waterfalls, rocks and water, and has the reputation of"super bonsai".

On the second dayof the trip, we visited Qianhu Miao Village, a tourist attraction withdistinctive local features. There were many stilted buildings built onterraces, and the buildings were built layer by layer along the river.View thepanorama of Xijiang from the Xijiang Viewing platform, or go deep among thesestilted buildings to enjoy the simple life of the Miao family.

The huangguoshuWaterfall, the most popular waterfall, is the most breathtaking. It falls downthe Milky Way.One of the old bajuehe waterfall, also known as"Huanggeshu" waterfall or "Huangjueshu" waterfall, becauseof the widespread distribution of the local "Huanggerong" wasnamed.It is famous for its mighty waters.The height of the waterfall is 77.8meters, of which the main waterfall is 67 meters.The waterfall is 101 meterswide, of which the top of the main waterfall is 83.3 meters wide.HuangguoshuWaterfall is a typical waterfall in karst landform.

Finally, we enjoythe scenery of Fanjing Mountain, known as the city of the sky. It can bedescribed as the "Fanjing Pure Land", which is shrouded in clouds andmist. It is like a fairyland.

During thisjourney, the staff of TECWE put their mind and body into the nature. Afterseveral days of natural feeling and pleasant conversation, they drew us closerand closer together. We also knew that solidarity and cooperation could achievewin-win results.
