TECWE has been offered the dealership in mainland China and HongKong of Oil Regeneration Plant by Remex Engineering company in Malaysia.

Founded in 2004 in Johanneburg of South Africa, Remex Engineering manufactures transformer oil purification and regeneration equipment, subsequently providing technical support for Cennix Holding company for their large fleet of Transformer Oil Regeneration and Purification Plants.

Remex Engineering’s staff are highly experienced in manufacturing, servicing and commissioning oil treatment machines located in over 50 countries. Their key employees, whom are former Fluidex Engineering staff, have sound technical knowledge of all Fluidex products. All transformer oil purification and regeneration plants that were built and being built by Remex Engineering are based on the advance Fluidex Technologies. Remex Engineering manufactures Transformer Oil Regeneration and Purification plants to cater for all markets worldwide, and within a short period from 2008 to 2012, have exported more than 40 plants and manufactured another 15 for the local South African market.

‍Remex Engineering provides a full range of after sales services, technical support and spare-parts for their customers as well as for existing plants previously manufactured by Fluidex Engineering and GE Energy.‍

Remex Reactivation Technology

Remex regeneration system restores transformer oil by removing acidity, sludge, soluble oil decay products and improves oil colour with Fullers earth treatment technology. The Remex oil regeneration system features high-performance reactivation technology with Fullers earth permanently installed in the plant for two to three years. The Fullers earth can be cleansed or reactivated 200 to 300 times before replacement is required. Oil can be processed continuously using the same charge of Fullers earth. No disposal of oil soaked waste is required, greatly reducing the cost of operation.

• Oil Regeneration can be continuously performed in most weather conditions and will not run the risk of exposing the internal transformer core to adverse weather conditions during an oil change.
