Technical Features

Adopt a screw compressor (or using compressed air to save costs). Micro heat or no heat regenerative absorption driers with double tower to switch can be customized. The machine can function without a refrigeration dryer and make outlet dew point temperature under minus 70 degrees Celsius.

There are four levels of filtering. A coarse filter serves as the first level to prevent equipment units from sticking on dust. The second level of fine filter placed in the entrance of absorption drier aims to filter out particles, larger than 0.1 micrometer, and remove half a milligram of oil per cubic meter. Being installed in the exit of absorption drier, the third stage of fine filter with fineness 0.01 micron enable oil treatment to reach 0.01 PPM(parts per million). With activated carbon in its interior,the fourth fine filter disposes of 0.03 milligram of oil per cubic meter. Such methods can sharply bring down the content of large particles and oil to ensure air quality before entering transformer.

Users are able to adjust exit pressure between 0.025 MPa and 0.75 MPa based on process requirements.

Electric Control: Siemens PLC has been applied to control equipment in a remote, wireless and unmanned way.

Introduction of Workflow

After compressed (or using existing compressed air), air passes through two levels of filters and then enter into dry machine to keep air dew point temperature under minus 70 degrees Celsius, finally go through another two levels of fine filters to obtain dry and clean gas.

Security Guarantee

Install one pressure reducing valve in entrance while another with feedback signals in exit. Pipeline is equipped with regulatory and control devices to protect it from breaking down out of over pressure. May guarantee exit pressure under 0.025 MPa or adjust it automatically even when control system breaking down by setting up safe relief pressure valves. Such double protections ensure personal safety and oil tanks' safe pressure.
